Key Responsibilities

SAP Support & Maintenance

• Lead and manage SAP application support, maintenance, and enhancements across modules
• Ensure high availability, performance, and security of SAP systems.
• Oversee incident management, problem resolution, and root cause analysis for SAP-related issues.
• Coordinate with functional and technical teams for system upgrades, patches, and fixes.
• Implement best practices for SAP system monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery.

Cloud Infrastructure & SAP on Cloud

• Drive the migration, deployment, and management of SAP on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, or SAP Cloud).
• Optimize cloud infrastructure for cost, performance, and scalability.
• Ensure compliance with cloud security policies and industry standards.
• Collaborate with cloud vendors and internal teams to implement hybrid/multi-cloud strategies.

Leadership & Strategy

• Manage a team of SAP functional/technical consultants, cloud engineers, and support staff.
• Define IT roadmaps for SAP modernization and cloud adoption.
• Align IT initiatives with business goals and digital transformation strategies.
• Establish KPIs, SLAs, and governance frameworks for IT operations.

Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with business leaders to understand requirements and deliver scalable IT solutions.
• Partner with security, compliance, and audit teams to ensure data integrity and regulatory adherence.
• Vendor management for SAP licenses, cloud services, and third-party support.
