Relationship Manager - MF

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 6 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably in microfinance or mutual funds.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial goals and provide tailored solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships through effective sales strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service and promptly resolve client queries and concerns.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competition.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the organization.

• Proven experience as a Relationship Manager in microfinance or mutual funds.
• Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including mutual funds and other investment options.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify new business opportunities.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
