Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Tele Calling Executive to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the BFSI industry.
Roles and ResponsibilityHandle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally. Make outbound calls to promote products and services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Familiarity with banking products and services is an advantage.
