Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably in micro mortgages.
- Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure timely repayment of loans and maintain high customer satisfaction.

- Conduct thorough credit assessments and provide personalized solutions to meet clients' financial needs.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client queries and issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Strong knowledge of micro mortgages and related products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in using technology and software applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
