Roles and Responsibilities

• Dispense prescribed medications accurately and counsel patients on proper usage, dosage, side effects, and storage.
  
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of all dispensed medications and patient interactions.
  
• Monitor and manage inventory of medications and pharmacy supplies; initiate timely restocking to prevent shortages.
  
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers to optimize medication therapy and resolve medication-related queries.
  
• Ensure strict compliance with regulatory guidelines for the storage, handling, and disposal of controlled substances and other medications.
  
• Conduct regular audits to maintain accuracy and accountability in pharmaceutical operations.
  
• Provide customer service excellence, including upselling and cross-selling relevant health and wellness products.
  
• Stay informed on new medications, treatment guidelines, and industry standards.
