Gen AI Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Gen AI Engineer\u200b with strong expertise in LangChain and Generative AI (GenAI) to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building production-scale AI/ML solutions, including RAG-based agents , GenAI chatbots , and seamless API integration of ML models.

• Design, build, and deploy LLM-powered applications using LangChain
  
• Develop and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) based agents and GenAI chatbots
  
• Build and deploy classical ML models (e.g., XGBoost, LightGBM ) for real-world applications
  
• Engineer intelligent features from diverse data sources (structured, semi-structured, unstructured)
  
• Use OpenAI API and related tools to build scalable GenAI agents
  
• Integrate AI/ML models into Python-based APIs and production environments
  
• Utilize Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn , and other tools for data preprocessing, analysis, and modeling
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered products with real business impact
  
  Must-Have Skills:
  
  • Proven experience with LangChain in building LLM-driven applications
    

  Strong knowledge of GenAI technologies , especially in production deployment of chatbots and RAG agents
  

Proficient in Python and libraries like Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, LightGBM, XGBoost

• Deep understanding of feature engineering and data intelligence extraction
  
• Experience working with OpenAI API or similar LLM APIs to create AI agents
  
• Skilled in handling various data types: structured, semi-structured, and unstructured
  
• Experience in building and exposing APIs for AI/ML models in production
• Nice to Have:
  
  • Experience in real estate domain for model building and data feature extraction
    
  • Familiarity with MLOps best practices and scalable model deployment
