Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Python Developer with a strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Generative AI.

The ideal candidate should have at least 7 years of professional experience, with hands-on expertise in building scalable web applications using Django and Flask, and a proven track record of working with advanced AI models and NLP frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and deploy scalable applications using Python, Django, and Flask.

- Lead development of NLP pipelines and integration of Generative AI models (LLMs, Transformers, etc.

- Build and fine-tune custom models using libraries such as Hugging Face Transformers, spaCy, NLTK, OpenAI APIs, etc.

- Collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers to deploy AI/ML solutions into production.

- Optimize application performance and ensure robust API design.

- Participate in architectural discussions and provide mentorship to junior developers.

- Maintain high code quality through code reviews, testing, and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 7+ years of experience in Python development.

- Strong experience with Django and Flask frameworks.

- Solid hands-on experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Generative AI models.

- Experience with Hugging Face Transformers, OpenAI GPT models, or other LLMs.

- Familiarity with vector databases (e.g, FAISS, Pinecone) and prompt engineering.

- Proficiency in RESTful API development and integration.

- Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with LangChain, RAG pipelines, or Retrieval-Augmented Generation.

- Exposure to MLOps tools (e.g, MLflow, DVC, FastAPI for model serving).

- Knowledge of front-end technologies (React, Vue) is a plus.
