Job Description
EXECUTIVE HIRING is looking for BRAND MANAGER at Gurgaon. The candidate must be an MBA from a reputed B-School with experience of 3-7 years Experience in FMCG industry / MT/ EComm channel is must.
The role will be responsible for Developing Brand Strategy and Driving Brand activities in the year across channels, geographies to ensure delivery against Brand Marketing and Business Objectives.
KRA's -
1. Brand Strategy -
- Identify the brand strategy
- Develop Annual brand plan.
- Identify and Leverage Brand Growth opportunities
2. Creatives -
- Develop and Execute innovative Brand Creatives.
- Design and implement impactful and engaging Ecom Creatives
3. Partnering with agency and stakeholder management -
- Work with internal stakeholders to ensure Brand initiatives are delivered in a timely manner
- Work with Agency partners to develop and Implement Creative execution across Offline and Online Media
