Data Science Leader - FMCG (10-15 yrs)

Executive Hiring is looking for a Data Science Leader for an FMCG.

- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in core Data Science areas having significant experience in eCommerce or FMCG domain.

- Advanced Analytical Model development, Validation, Monitoring, Reporting of Predictive Outputs - Requirement for a Data Science leader having the following attributes.

- 10 to 15 years core Advanced Analytical Model development, Validation, Monitoring, Reporting of Predictive Outputs.

- Seasoned Data Science Lead with 10 to 15 years of experience managing end to end Data Science project lifecycle.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to interpret and translate the numbers into Business insights.

- Excellent knowledge in applied Advanced Analytical Scripting knowledge like R, Python, SPARK, APIs etc.

- Completely hands-on and can provide technical guidance to the project team members around Data Science requirements.

- Domain knowledge of CPG/FMCG is desirable mandatory.

- Applied Knowledge of MLOPs principles and practices.

- Able to lead the Data Science scrums and Program scrums representing Data Science Unit.

- Should be completely hands on in delivering the Data Science solution through agile methodology.

- Experience working in SPARK environment, DATABRICKS, Microsoft AZURE.

- Good to have hands on experience in developing Trade Promotion and Optimization/ Market Mix Models.
