Job Description
- Design user interfaces that are intuitive and visually compelling, ensuring alignment with product goals and user needs.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD to guide development and enhance user experience.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions, employing methodologies such as user interviews, A/B testing, and heuristic evaluations.
- Collaborate with the Product Manager and developers to ensure seamless integration of design into the final product, utilizing Agile methodologies and design sprints.
- Maintain design consistency and a cohesive visual identity across all product interfaces, implementing design systems and style guides.
- Utilize tools such as InVision, Zeplin, or Framer to communicate design specifications and assets effectively.
- Bachelor s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and final products.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and usability best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale to stakeholders.
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a similar profile, with a track record of delivering successful products.
- Comfortable working in the Eastern Standard Time (EST) shift.
- Experience in a remote work environment is a plus.
