Senior Laravel Developer

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining web and core applications using PHP and Laravel framework
• Analyze, design, develop, as well as implement and document RESTful services and APIs;
• Conducting code reviews and providing feedback to other team members
• Troubleshooting and debugging issues in the production/staging environment
• Test the quality of the code before submitting for QA

Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in using the Laravel framework.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
• The shortlisted candidates will pass an online test
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong understanding of PHP and experience with Laravel framework
• Experience with ReactJS for front-end development (advantage)
• Solid understanding of HTML, SCSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with MySQL or other relational databases
• Comfortable with version control Git / Github (commits, branches, pull requests)
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Experience working in a collaborative team environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• To be able to work/read independently software documentation and specifications
