Role Overview

We are looking for a sharp-minded Strategy Manager to join our Pricing & Distribution Strategy team. This role will focus on optimizing contribution, conducting revenue reconciliation, and driving data-backed pricing decisions. With a strong emphasis on financial data, this role is ideal for someone who can blend analytics with business understanding to improve profitability and eliminate process inefficiencies.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead strategic projects to maximize contribution margins and improve pricing decisions

- Perform detailed revenue reconciliation to ensure accuracy in financial reporting

- Independently carry out financial data analysis and variance analysis

- Identify process gaps in pricing and revenue workflows, and drive resolution through cross-functional collaboration

- Work closely with Product, Sales, and Finance teams to align pricing strategy with business goals

- Own and manage large sets of financial data for business impact tracking

Must-Have Skills

- Strong analytical skills and financial data interpretation

- High attention to detail and accuracy

- Proficient in Tableau and Advanced Excel

- Capable of handling large datasets, especially financial and transactional data

- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills

Good-to-Have Skills

- Exposure to revenue reconciliation processes

- Familiarity with the insurance broking business model

- Understanding of financial process automation or systemization
