Job Overview: The Pilates Instructor is responsible for delivering safe, effective, and engaging Pilates sessions to FitClub members. They play a key role in promoting holistic fitness, improving member experience, and maintaining the studios professional standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual and group Pilates sessions using mat and/or equipment-based techniques.
- Customize workout plans based on client needs, goals, and physical conditions.
- Maintain a motivating, professional, and safe workout environment.
- Educate members on body alignment, breathing, and controlled movement.
- Collaborate with fitness staff to support overall member wellness and retention.
- Stay updated on the latest Pilates trends, techniques, and certifications.
