Hr Executive And Generalist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior HR Executive to join our Human Resources team. This role will be responsible for managing core HR functions such as employee induction, onboarding, offer letter generation, employee engagement initiatives, policy creation, and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and organizational skills, with a passion for building a positive work culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Employee Onboarding & Induction:
• Conduct smooth onboarding processes for new hires.
• Facilitate induction sessions to familiarize employees with company culture, values, and policies.
• Offer Letter & Documentation:
• Draft and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and other employment documents.
• Ensure proper ocumentation and records management.
• Employee Engagement:
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events to boost morale and team bonding.
• Collect feedback and work on continuous improvement of employee experience.
• Policy Creation & Implementation:
• Draft and update HR poeffectively to all employees and ensure adherence.
• HR Operations & Compliance:
• Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
• Assist in handling employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and exit formalities.
• Ensure HR practices align with statutory compliance requirements.
• Coordination & Reporting:
• Collaborate with different departments for manpower planning and resource allocation.
• Generate HR reports and dashboards for management review.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2-5 years of relevant HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR functions and labor laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools (e.g., HRMS, payroll systems).
