Executive - Student Services

Position Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and service-oriented individual to join our Student Services team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for student queries at the help desk/window and will support students with information related to programs, processes, and general administrative matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist students at the help desk/window with courtesy and professionalism.
• Respond to student queries regarding academic programs, schedules, procedures, and other institutional services.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up as needed.
• Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure timely resolution of student issues.
• Draft clear and professional email responses to student inquiries.
• Maintain and update student information using Excel or internal systems.
• Support daily administrative tasks and service documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in any discipline.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is a must.
• Proficient in MS Excel and basic data entry.
• Good understanding of academic programs and institutional processes (training will be provided).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Patience, empathy, and a service-first attitude.
