FlexM - Flutter Developer - iOS & Android Platform (3-6 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop high-quality, cross-platform mobile applications using the Flutter framework.

- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes and mockups into visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces.

- Work seamlessly with backend developers to integrate mobile applications with various backend services via RESTful APIs and other communication protocols.

- Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code, strictly adhering to best practices and established coding standards.

- Optimize application performance by identifying and addressing performance bottlenecks and implementing effective performance optimization techniques.

- Actively participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to coding standards across the team.

- Write comprehensive unit tests and integration tests to ensure the reliability, functionality, and robustness of the mobile applications.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in mobile app development and contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Proven experience in developing cross-platform mobile applications using the Flutter framework.

- Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and the ability to translate designs into code.

- Experience integrating mobile applications with backend services using RESTful APIs.

- Solid understanding of clean code principles, software design patterns, and coding standards.

- Experience with performance optimization techniques for mobile applications.

- Familiarity with code review processes and version control systems (e.g., Git).

- Ability to write effective unit and integration tests.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent

practical experience.

Desired Skills (Plus Points) :

- Experience with native Android or iOS development (Kotlin/Java, Swift/Objective-C).

- Familiarity with state management solutions in Flutter (e.g., Provider, Riverpod, BLoC).

- Knowledge of mobile app deployment processes to Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

- Experience with Firebase or other backend-as-a-service (BaaS) platforms
