Key Responsibilities:
Job Description:
- Identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, particularly in the healthcare and pharma sectors.
- Lead the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closure. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to tailor sales strategies accordingly.
- Work closely with pre-sales, marketing, and technical teams to deliver value-driven solutions.
- Develop proposals, present to clients, and negotiate contracts to close deals effectively.
- Track and report sales performance using CRM tools and provide insights to leadership.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Master's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in IT sales, preferably selling software solutions, SaaS, or IT services.
- Experience in healthcare and pharmaceutical industries is a plus.
- Strong understanding of IT solutions, digital transformation, cloud computing, and enterprise
software.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive initiatives proactively.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
