Research, plan, and arrange itineraries (Domestic/ International), including flights, accommodations, transfers, excursions, and special requests. Handle all bookings using the appropriate systems and tools. Ensure all arrangements are confirmed and properly coordinated. Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the trip. Handle any issues or changes to travel arrangements as they arise. Ensure all necessary travel documents, including visas, insurance, and other related paperwork, are processed and handed over to clients in a timely manner. Collect feedback from clients post-trip to constantly improve service quality.
