Job Description
- We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Business Data Analyst to join our team, focusing primarily on our supply chain operations.
THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU OFFER US
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Handle receipt of invoice transactional data from various global vendors. Utilise ETL processes to develop and maintain comprehensive Power BI reports, offering in-depth insights into costs and service levels.
- Budget Management: Take charge of granular budgeting processes and monthly accruals and maintain detailed reports on budgetary allocations and utilisation.
- Efficiency Improvement Projects: Engage in ad-hoc projects aimed at improving operational efficiency. Identify and target key areas for optimisation and cost-saving initiatives.
- Data Reconciliation: Reconcile vendor data with internal logistics data, aiding in the invoice approval process and ensuring data integrity.
