About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience and a strong background in data science, data engineering, and unstructured data management. This role involves maintaining and improving our Generative AI product, leveraging advanced techniques and technologies including LLMs (Large Language Models) and Mistral.

Key Responsibilities :

Generative AI Product Maintenance :

- Oversee the maintenance and continuous improvement of our Generative AI product.

- Implement and optimize machine learning models to enhance product functionality and performance.

- Monitor system performance and ensure the reliability and scalability of AI models.

Experience with LLM and Mistral :

- Apply knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Mistral to develop and refine AI solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate LLMs into the product pipeline.

- Conduct research and stay updated with the latest advancements in LLMs and related technologies.

Unstructured Data Management :

- Manage and process unstructured data from various sources.

- Develop and implement data processing pipelines for data ingestion, cleaning, and transformation.

- Utilize natural language processing (NLP) techniques to extract meaningful insights from unstructured data.

Strong Data Engineering Knowledge :

- Design and maintain scalable data architectures to support AI product development.

- Collaborate with data engineers to ensure seamless data flow and integration.

- Optimize data storage solutions and implement data security best practices.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience in data science, with a focus on AI/ML applications.

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or similar.

- Extensive experience with LLMs, Mistral, and other AI/ML frameworks.

- Strong understanding of data engineering principles and best practices.

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop).

- Proven track record of managing and analyzing unstructured data.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and text analytics.

- Knowledge of deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.

- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Experience in a startup or agile development environment.
