About the Role :

Fresh Gravity is looking for a driven Consultant Data Scientist to join our team in Pune.

With 3-4 years of experience, you'll apply your strong foundation in machine learning to develop and implement innovative data-driven solutions for our clients.

You'll work across the full model development lifecycle, from data preparation to deployment, and collaborate within agile, cross-functional teams to tackle complex business challenges.

What You'll Do :

- Model Development : Apply machine learning theory to design, develop, and implement predictive and prescriptive models to solve client business problems.

- Data Engineering : Work with ETL processes, SQL, and data modeling to prepare and manage data for analysis and model training.

- Coding & Tools : Utilize Python and its key libraries (scikit-learn, pandas, numpy, transformers) for data manipulation, analysis, and model building.

- Deep Learning : Get hands-on with TensorFlow and PyTorch for developing and experimenting with deep learning models.

- ML Operations Support : Use MLflow for tracking experiments, versioning models, and assisting with model deployment.

- Cloud Integration : Work with Azure services such as Azure Databricks, Azure Machine Learning, Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake/Blob Storage, and Azure OpenAI to build and deploy solutions.

- Collaboration : Participate actively in agile sprints, communicate technical concepts effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Process Familiarity : Become familiar with MLOps principles, version control systems (like Git), and pipeline automation to ensure efficient development workflows.

What We're Looking For :

- Experience : 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in data science, machine learning engineering, or a related analytical role.

- ML Fundamentals : Strong foundation in machine learning theory and practical experience across the full model development lifecycle.

- Python Proficiency : Proficient in Python programming and its core data science libraries: scikit-learn, pandas, numpy, transformers.

- Deep Learning Tools : Hands-on experience with TensorFlow and PyTorch for deep learning applications.

- MLflow : Experience using MLflow for experiment tracking, model versioning, and deployment.

- Data Skills : Working knowledge of ETL processes, SQL, and data modeling concepts.

- Azure Cloud : Practical experience with key Azure services, including :

1. Azure Databricks

2. Azure Machine Learning / MLflow

3. Azure Data Factory

4. Azure Data Lake / Blob Storage

5. Azure OpenAI

- MLOps Understanding : Familiarity with MLOps principles, version control systems, and pipeline automation.

- Team & Communication : Strong communication skills and experience working effectively in Agile, cross-functional teams.
