- Responsible for Supplier Feasibilty.

- Responsible for SPM.

- Responsible for suppleir initial parts layout, testing, line trials.

- Responsible for Suppleir ELV as per requirements.

- Repsonsible for suppleir new mold layout, testing, approval process.

- Responsible for ECR/ECN in New prodcuts/ Running products related to child parts.

- Responsible for supplier PTR.

-Supplier PPAP activities aligned with APQP timeline plan.

-Suppleir Audit as per Plan Vs Actual- aligned to on-time closure and verification of the same.

- Supplier PTR

-Verification and information flow to concerned suppleir partners of daily quality issues at Incoming/Inprocess/Final Inspeciton.

-Responsible for on-time containment actions implementation at Inhouse- transit- supplier end.

-On-time resolution with the supplier partners for complaints.

-Alignment of receipt material along with Supplier PDIR as well as RMTC along with every batch.

-Responsible for arranging RMTC & PDIR along with every supplies from the suppliers.
