Job Description
GIS application support
- Experience in configuration and troubleshooting Esri ArcGIS Enterprise based applications (ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS Portal, ArcGIS Desktop(Arcmap))
- Troubleshooting
- Ability to understand the error messages and narrow down the area for troubleshooting
- Ability to demonstrate the understanding of the configuration parameters on ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS Services, Geodatabase
- Troubleshooting
- Should have thorough knowledge on Application support process (RCA, metrics, health checks, incident management, patching/upgrades)
- Domain/Industry Energy and Utilities (Electricity, Gas, Water)

The typical responsibilities will include, but not limited to, the following:
- Experience in Esri Developer technologies - ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGISPro, ArcPy, ESRI JavaScript API (3.x & 4.x), Web App Builder/Experience Builder
- Strong development experience in Visual Studio
- Strong development experience in ArcFM Dekstop - developing ArcFM AU, subtasks, Validation rules and custom attribute editors.
- Experience in ArcFM Configuration and connectivity rules (Gas Traces)
- Understanding of process manager framework
- Development experience in ArcObjects will be required.
- Knowledge of ArcGIS Server technologies and ArcPy will be good to have.
- Should participate in requirement discussions with onsite for the GIS program.
- Should be able to map the customer requirements into the product and suggest workarounds/solutions for the requirements
- Should be able to perform issue resolutions during support /Post-Go Live phase.
- Should be able to assist the Testing team with the functional areas to be tested.
- The candidate must be a team player and is also expected to help the project team with any functional issues that may arise during the project.

- Hands on experience in Esri ArcGIS Enterprise (ArcGIS Server, Portal, Datastore), ArcGIS Pro, Product Architecture, Geodatabase Modeling, web services, python scripting, geo-processing services, ArcGIS Experience Builder
- Knowledge of ArcFM
- Experience of at least 1 or 2 full-cycle implementations for Utility with hands on design, development and deployment experience in GIS.
