Position Overview:

We are seeking a committed and organized project coordinator for design coordination oversee the planning and coordination of project delivery timelines within our architectural firm. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a confident and mature personality, and a proactive approach to managing responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and monitor delivery schedules for architectural and construction projects
• Liaise with design, engineering, procurement, and site teams to align project milestones and delivery targets
• Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
• Identify potential scheduling conflicts or risks and implement mitigation plans promptly
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of delivery schedules, changes, and approvals
• Ensure seamless communication between project teams and clients regarding timelines and expectations
• Uphold professional conduct and contribute to a collaborative project environment

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in b.arch
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Confident, mature, and proactive personality with the ability to work independently and under pressure
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling/project management tools is an advantage
• Willingness to take ownership and deliver results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
