Founder's Office Role (1-3 yrs)

Founder's office role for a very well funded d2c brand based out of Mumbai. The individual will work closely with the founder(s) and leadership team, playing a crucial role in driving strategic initiatives, operational efficiency, and business growth. This role requires a high level of problem-solving ability, analytical thinking, and execution skills. What You'll Do

- Work directly with the co-founders on high-impact, cross-functional projects

- Lead and execute key initiatives across retail, e-commerce, product, marketing, and finance

- Shadow strategic decision-making, investor updates, and leadership meetings

- Play a core role in shaping company culture, systems, and structure as an early hire
