Software Development Engineer - Test - TestNG/Selenium (4-6 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Setup QA automation and performance testing infrastructure for complex end-to-end and

integration tests for iOS applications.

- Prioritizing and executing tests as part of the CICD pipeline.

- Meeting with the software design and QA team to discuss and understand the verification protocols.

- Troubleshooting automation software issues.

- Prioritizing and executing tests as part of the CICD pipeline.

- Preparing detailed test reports.

- Conducting Performance Testing of UI and Microservices.

- Mentoring junior members of the team and reviewing their work.

Requirements :

- A Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field.

- 4- 6 years of experience in QA automation (UI and Backend API).

- Experience in API automation using Rest Assured/Apache HTTP Client or a similar tool is mandatory.

- Experience in UI automation using Selenium, Java, and TestNG

- A strong background in automating complex workflows is essential.

- Strong programming, debugging/troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills (Preferred Selenium, Java, TestNG, or equivalent).

- Should have experience in designing workloads as per the required specifications for

Performance Testing.

- Scripting experience using BeanShell and JMeter for performance testing.

- Experience with RDBMS like MYSQL, Oracle, and PostgreSQL is preferred.

- Experience with ElasticSearch, Kafka, and Apache Storm is preferred.

- Experience working in the E-commerce frontend and backend domains will be a plus.

- Understanding of Web Services - JSON/XML data formats.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Good time management and organizational skills.
