Job Description

Role: Executive - Direct Taxation
Location: Hyderabad
Responsibilities:
- Compliance: Ensure the company complies with all direct tax laws and regulations.
- Tax Planning: Develop and implement tax planning strategies to optimize tax liabilities.
- Tax Returns: Prepare and review income tax returns to ensure accurate and timely filings.
- Audit Management: Coordinate and manage tax audits and assessments.
- Advisory: Advise management on new tax laws and their implications.
- Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely reporting of tax-related information in financial statements.
- Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with tax authorities and external advisors.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals.
- Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of direct tax laws and regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in tax software and MS Office.
