- Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the region to achieve revenue and market share goals
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives, ensuring they are well-trained, motivated, and aligned with sales objectives
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities, threats, and trends within the region
- Use this data to make informed decisions and adjustments to the sales strategy
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the region
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to resolve issues and inquiries
- Sales Forecasting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts and budgets for the region
- Monitor sales performance against targets and take corrective actions when necessary
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the company's products or services, as well as competitors' offerings, to effectively communicate value propositions to customers
- Sales Reporting: Generate regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities
- Present findings to senior management
- Sales Training: Coordinate and conduct sales training programs for the team to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all sales activities
