Job Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced SAP Project Manager to lead end-to-end Greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementations under the RISE with SAP model. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in managing complex SAP programs across multiple geographies and industries, with a strong focus on transformation, change management, and stakeholder alignment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead full-cycle Greenfield implementations of SAP S/4HANA under RISE with SAP.

- Define and manage project scope, timelines, budget, resources, and risks across the project lifecycle.

- Collaborate with SAP, hyperscaler partners (e.g., AWS, Azure), and system integrators to ensure seamless delivery.

- Drive project governance, reporting, and escalation mechanisms.

- Manage cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, solution architects, technical leads, and integration teams.

- Ensure adherence to SAP Activate methodology and RISE deployment standards.

- Oversee cutover planning, data migration, and hypercare management.

- Facilitate change management, user training, and communication strategies.

- Provide regular status updates to executive leadership and steering committees.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 10+ years of experience in SAP project management.

- At least 2 end-to-end Greenfield S/4HANA implementations as Project Manager.

- Hands-on experience with RISE with SAP deployments.

- Strong understanding of SAP Activate methodology, S/4HANA architecture, and cloud landscapes.

- Proven experience in managing multi-functional teams and large-scale transformation programs.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
