AVP / VP Strategic and Bank Alliances Delhi

Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven person to spearhead strategic partnerships with the banks. The incumbent will be responsible for fostering high-value alliances, and delivering on financial objectives to drive sustainable growth.

• Develop and execute innovative sales and partnership strategies in business development.
• Ability to do new bank Alliances.
• Driving business ensuring sustained growth, focusing on achieving /surpassing sales targets; expanding business reach creating new sales / leads opportunities.
• Manage the vertical s PL in alignment with organizational objectives and profitability as per the strategic plan.
• Build and maintain strong executive relationships within partner banks to unlock new business opportunities.
• The person would be responsible for expanding the client base in all regions

• Leadership skills are a must.
• Strong analytic skills with experience in statistical modelling and analysis
• Excellent communication (oral written),
• Strong business acumen and industry expertise.
• Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets
• Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization.
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
• Proven ability to position products against competitors
• Outstanding interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation abilities, with a strong consultative approach.
