Job Description
- 10 plus years of experience in Operations - consulting or project/program management and Accounting practices
- Demonstrated experience interpreting and presenting data to various audiences; ability to translate quantitative findings into action plan
- Clear, strong analytical thinking / problem solving skills to lead cross-functional projects/process improvement within operations/finance function; able to quickly grasp new ideas, Data-driven decision making mentality
- Problem Solving - Solve business challenges through operational excellence based on robust analysis. Take big picture ideas and break them into actionable steps
- Project management and execution - Plan and project manage multiple projects and have the ability to execute in a constantly changing, complex environment
- Data Analysis - Use data to build analytical frameworks and operational models to improve driver experience. Conduct research and analysis based on both qualitative and quantitative data, and then act on it to create impactful experiences.
- Stakeholder management Teamwork - Build and develop strong relationships with cross-functional teams in order to successfully contribute to the long-term growth of the business
- Hands-on experience in Financial planning, Forecasting and budgeting, Cash flow management, Internal controls, Treasury management and Must be able to handle a team
