Job description

Responsibility Area

• Coordination with Architecture and MEP departments to meet project requirement;
• Co-ordination from conception stage to final design stage
• Analysis, design and detailing of Slabs, Beams, Columns, Shear Walls, Retaining walls, Isolated, Strip, Raft, Pile and Piled-raft foundations etc.;
• Preparation of preliminary and final design report (including BOQ and specifications)
• Supervising the process from the conceptual development stage through final construction.
• Scheduling & coordinating all design processes.
• Coordinating with all building services as HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical departments.
• Comprehensiveness of planning Technical
• Evaluating & determining appropriate construction delivery systems and the most cost-effective design concept for the project.
• Ensuring the completion of project within the time & effective resource utilization to maximize the output.
• Inspecting field sites to observe and evaluate condition and operability of facilities and structures.
