Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Source top talent through various channels such as social media, job boards, employee referrals, and internal databases.
- Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between hiring managers and shortlisted candidates.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
- Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and applicants throughout the recruitment cycle.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related field.
- Strong understanding of headhunting techniques for identifying highly skilled professionals.
- Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with stakeholders during interview scheduling and feedback sessions.
- Proficiency in creating compelling job descriptions, job postings, and sourcing profiles that attract top talent.
- Kindly note that this role is on third party payroll basis for a period of 12 months.
