PPC Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on sales orders, forecasts, and inventory levels.
  
• Coordinate with production, stores, purchase, and dispatch teams to ensure smooth workflow and on-time delivery.
  
• Monitor actual production vs. planned production and analyze variances.
  
• Optimize inventory levels of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods to reduce excess stock and avoid shortages.
  
• Generate and maintain various PPC-related MIS reports for management.
  
• Support ERP / SAP data entry and master data updates related to planning and production.
  
• Track customer schedules and adjust plans accordingly to meet customer requirements.
  
• Participate in daily production meetings and follow up on pending issues.
  
• Assist in continuous improvement activities to increase productivity and reduce lead time.
