Overview:

- Liveketo Private Limited is seeking a skilled and experienced Head of Internal Audit to join our dynamic team and ensure the integrity and effectiveness of our internal control environment. The Head of Internal Audit will lead the internal audit function, ensuring comprehensive audits and assessments of the company's financial, operational, and compliance controls.

- This role is ideal for a Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3-7 years of relevant experience in internal audit, possessing strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the internal audit strategy aligned with the company's objectives.

- Proficient in the Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Act of U.S Federal Compliance, with extensive experience in internal audit.

- Adapt at evaluating internal controls, ensuring compliance with SOX requirements, and supporting management certifications.

- Plan, coordinate, and execute internal audits, including financial, operational, and compliance audits.

- Assess the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management processes, and governance practices.

- Review and approve audit plans, programs, and reports.

- Identify and evaluate significant risks facing the organization and recommend risk mitigation strategies.

- Ensure that audit processes and methodologies adhere to best practices and regulatory requirements.

- Ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures, and external regulatory requirements.

- Evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of internal control systems and processes.

- Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and recommending enhancements to audit processes and controls.

- Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in internal auditing.

Required Skills :

- Chartered Accountant (CA) with a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- 3-7 years of progressive experience in internal audit, including leadership roles. Experience in a similar industry or large corporate environment is preferred.

- Strong knowledge of internal audit standards, procedures, and techniques.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and interact with senior management.

- Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.
