Role Overview :

We are looking for a technically adept Assistant ERP Manager to lead the support, enhancement, and extension of our Microsoft 365 ERP ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, SharePoint, and SQL Server, and will be responsible for ERP customization, integration, and workflow automation. This is a technology-first individual contributor role with significant influence across Finance, Operations, and IT teams.

Key Responsibilities :

ERP Development & Support :

- Lead implementation and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules.

- Integrate Dynamics 365 with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), SharePoint Online, and SQL-based backends.

- Develop custom applications, scripts, and connectors using Power Platform and Azure Logic Apps.

- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support and conduct root-cause analysis of ERP-related issues.

Process Automation & Optimization :

- Design and deploy workflow automation across departments using Power Automate and embedded Logic Apps.

- Implement role-based data access and security models in Dynamics 365.

- Optimize performance and scalability of ERP workflows and services.

Cross-System Integrations :

- Build and maintain integrations between ERP and internal systems (HRMS, CRM, Manufacturing Execution Systems).

- Use APIs, REST endpoints, and connectors for seamless data flow across business tools.

Analytics & Reporting :

- Create and publish interactive dashboards in Power BI using data from Dynamics 365 and external sources.

- Build custom reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), Power BI, and Excel integrations.

Stakeholder Enablement :

- Collaborate with department heads to translate business requirements into technical specs.

- Conduct hands-on training for end-users and prepare user documentation.

Qualifications & Technical Skills :

Education : B.E./B.Tech/MCA in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Certifications Preferred :

- Microsoft Certified : Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900)

- Microsoft Certified : Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (MB-910)

- Any certification in Power Apps, Power BI, or Azure Logic Apps

Core Technical Skills :

- Strong development experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Business Central or Finance & Operations).

- Proficiency with Power Platform : Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, Power BI.

- Experience with SharePoint Online, Dataverse, and Azure Active Directory integrations.

- Solid understanding of SQL Server, T-SQL queries, stored procedures, and ERP database architecture.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for deploying Power Platform solutions.

Domain Knowledge :

- Working understanding of ERP modules like Finance, Inventory Management, Procurement, and Sales.

- Experience with audit logging, change tracking, and role-based access control.
