Candidates should have the ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls
- Understand customer needs and requirements Ability to explain and convince customer over calls
- Having strong follow up with existing data and maintaining Daily MIS and database Conversion leads to site visits and bookings
- Able to professionally close all leads by tele-calling, generating walk-ins, arranging site visits, understanding the finances of the client and helping them in post-sales processes as well
- Candidates having experience in Tele calling with real estate Industry Knowledge are preferred
