React Native Developer - iOS/Android Platform (4-6 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.

- Build pixel-perfect, buttery smooth UIs across both iOS and Android platforms.

- Utilize React Native Paper for UI component development.

- Implement state management using Redux Toolkit and RTK Query.

- Utilize React Hook Form for form management and validation.

- Leverage native APIs for deep integrations with device functionalities.

- Develop and maintain native Android modules and components.

- Integrate native Android functionalities with React Native applications.

- Troubleshoot and resolve native Android-specific issues.

- Develop responsive and visually appealing UIs using CSS.

- Ensure cross-platform compatibility and consistency in UI design.

- Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks to ensure native-like performance.

- Optimize application performance for speed and efficiency.

- Perform profiling and debugging to identify and resolve performance issues.

- Write and maintain automated tests (unit, integration, and end-to-end) to ensure product quality.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

- Maintain clean and well-documented code.

- Transition existing React web applications to React Native mobile applications.

- Develop strategies and implement solutions for seamless web-to-native transitions.

- Work effectively with third-party dependencies and libraries.

- Debug and resolve dependency conflicts.

- Integrate and manage external SDKs and APIs.

- Communicate effectively with end-users, product managers, and other team members.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.

- Participate in agile development processes and contribute to team discussions.

Required Skills and Expertise :

- Extensive experience in developing mobile applications using React Native.

- Proficiency in React Native Paper for UI development.

- Strong experience in developing native Android modules and components.

- Ability to integrate native Android functionalities with React Native.

- Proficiency in CSS for styling and layout design.

- Experience with RTK Query for data fetching and caching.

- Experience with React Hook Form for form management and validation.

- Strong understanding and experience with Redux Toolkit for state management.

- Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.

- Ability to write clean, well-documented code.

- Experience in integrating mobile applications with RESTful APIs.

- Proficiency in Git and experience with GitHub, Bitbucket, or similar platforms.

- Experience in developing mobile applications for Fintech or consumer-tech products.

- Experience in revamping existing products to achieve Product-Market Fit (PMF).

- Experience working in early-stage startup environments.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with end-users.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with iOS development.

- Knowledge of native iOS functionalities and APIs.

- Experience with mobile testing frameworks (Jest, Detox, etc.).

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

- 4+ years of experience in React Native development.
