Selenium Tester - Software Quality Assurance (4-10 yrs)

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Selenium Tester to join our quality assurance team in India.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automated testing and a passion for delivering high-quality software.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute automated test scripts using Selenium.

- Design and implement test plans and test cases.

- Identify, record, and track defects in a bug tracking system.

- Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure quality standards are met.

- Analyze test results and provide feedback to the development team.

- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.

Skills and Qualifications :

- 4-10 years of experience in software testing and automation.

- Proficiency in Selenium WebDriver and related testing frameworks.

- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.

- Experience with test automation tools and CI/CD pipelines.

- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.

- Understanding of Agile methodologies and software development life cycle (SDLC).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
