We are looking for an experienced Observability Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and implementing observability solutions to enhance system performance and reliability.

Responsibilities :

- Design and implement observability solutions for applications and infrastructure.

- Monitor system performance, reliability, and availability using observability tools.

- Analyze and troubleshoot incidents to improve system reliability and performance.

- Collaborate with development and operations teams to identify and resolve observability gaps.

- Create and maintain dashboards, alerts, and reports to visualize system metrics.

- Conduct performance testing and capacity planning to optimize system resources.

Skills and Qualifications :

- 5-8 years of experience in observability or related field.

- Proficient in monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or similar.

- Strong understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture.

- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Knowledge of scripting languages like Python, Bash, or Go.

- Familiarity with container orchestration tools such as Kubernetes or Docker.

- Ability to analyze logs, metrics, and traces to troubleshoot issues effectively.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
