This role involves working closely with stakeholders to facilitate requirements gathering and ensure that the solutions developed align with business objectives.

Responsibilities :

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement.

- Develop and maintain documentation including business requirements, functional

specifications, and use cases.

- Conduct data analysis to support business decisions and strategies.

- Assist in project management activities including planning, monitoring, and reporting.

- Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.

- Create and deliver presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.

Skills and Qualifications :

- 4 - 10 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Tableau.

- Experience with business process modeling and documentation.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
