Job Description :

Function : Software Engineering - Backend Development, Full-Stack Development

- Data Structures JavaScript Node.js, Python, Algorithms

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and build robust backend systems to power Growthxs learning platform and related products.

- Lead technical architecture discussions, API design, and data modeling.

- Work closely with Product, Design, and Frontend teams to deliver seamless user experiences.

- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to establishing engineering best practices.

- Ship reliable, scalable, and secure software used by thousands of professionals.

- Collaborate in an agile environment with quick release cycles and rapid iteration.

Requirements :

- Five to eight years of building backend systems in quick-moving teams.

- At least one year leading engineers as tech lead or EM, ideally 2 years.

- Strong grasp of API design, data modeling, and system design.

- Shipped full products end-to-end, which are used by millions of people.
