Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Entry-Level Finance Analyst to join our Finance team, with a key focus on Transfer Pricing. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals interested in building a career in financial analysis, intercompany transactions, and international tax compliance.

Youll gain hands-on experience supporting financial reporting, budgeting, and transfer pricing documentation while working cross-functionally with local and global teams. This role offers strong exposure to core areas of international finance and taxation in a fast-paced, global business environment.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Analysis & Reporting

• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and dashboards to support business decisions.
• Support budgeting and forecasting by compiling and analyzing financial data.
• Conduct variance analysis by comparing actuals vs. budget/forecast and investigating discrepancies.
• Consolidate and analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain financial models, reports, and presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with teams across Accounting, Operations, and Sales to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Participate in ad hoc financial analysis projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Transfer Pricing & Intercompany Invoicing

• Support monitoring and review of intercompany transfer pricing invoices to ensure compliance with internal policies and local tax regulations.
• Coordinate with global and local teams for timely and accurate issuance and processing of intercompany invoices.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual billing cycles and related reconciliations.
• Analyze financial data to support transfer pricing adjustments and year-end true-ups.
• Ensure documentation for markups, cost allocations, and intercompany agreements is accurate and audit-ready.
• Collaborate with Tax, Accounting, and FP&A teams to ensure proper financial and tax reporting.
• Help prepare reports, summaries, and reconciliations related to intercompany transactions.
• Contribute to process improvement efforts in intercompany and transfer pricing operations.
