About the Job:

HARTEX RUBBER PVT. LTD., a prominent manufacturing company, is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Manager Banking & Treasury to join our Finance & Accounts team in Hyderabad. This pivotal role will be responsible for managing all banking and treasury functions, ensuring seamless execution of financial transactions, and maintaining strong relationships with our banking partners. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of import/export banking operations within a manufacturing environment and be adept at leveraging technology to enhance efficiency. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Responsibilities:

- Import Payment Management: Provide expert advice and coordinate with bankers for all import payments, including the meticulous preparation of all necessary documentation.

- Export Realization Handling: Advise and coordinate with bankers for the efficient adjustment and reconciliation of export realizations.

- Working Capital Management: Possess strong working knowledge of Pre-Shipment Credit in Foreign Currency (PCFC), Working Capital Demand Loan (WCDL), and other relevant banking products, coordinating with banks for their utilization and management as required.

- FX Inward Adjustment: Manage the adjustment of foreign exchange (FX) inflows towards outstanding PCFC loans.

- Interest Rate Analysis: Critically analyze the Return on Investment (ROI) charged by banks against agreed terms and proactively raise any discrepancies or concerns with the respective banking institutions.

- Trade Finance Expertise: Independently handle all aspects of international and domestic Letters of Credit (LCs) and Bank Guarantees (BGs).

- Bank Realization Certificate (BRC): Prepare and coordinate with the Export Team and banks for the timely issuance of Bank Realization Certificates (BRCs).

- Forex Transaction Management: Take full responsibility for handling all foreign exchange (forex) transactions of the company.

- Sanction Letter Analysis: Thoroughly analyze the terms and conditions outlined in bank sanction letters and promptly report any deviations observed.

- UHFC Compliance: Ensure timely submission of Unhedged Foreign Currency Exposure (UHFC) declarations to banks on a quarterly and yearly basis.

- Banking Portal Proficiency: Demonstrate expert working knowledge of various banking portals to efficiently manage related activities and maximize the benefits of available technology.

- Technology Evaluation: Actively contribute to the evaluation of new banking products and technological solutions to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.

- Cash Flow Management: Prepare and maintain accurate cash flow statements.

- Bank Transaction Processing: Ensure accurate and timely posting of all bank payment entries and perform Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) regularly.

- MIS Reporting: Prepare comprehensive Management Information System (MIS) reports related to all banking transactions.

- ROC Compliance: Coordinate with the Company Secretary (CS) for all Registrar of Companies (ROC) compliance matters related to banking and treasury.

- Insurance Management: Assist with matters related to the company's insurance policies.

- General Banking & Treasury Duties: Undertake any other work related to the Banking and Treasury profile as required.

Knowledge & Skills:

- Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Tally accounting software, and various banking transaction processes.

- Banking Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of import and export related banking transactions and procedures.

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with banks and internal teams.

- Time Management: Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.

- Proactiveness & Independence: Ability to take initiative and work effectively without constant guidance.

Qualification & Experience:

- Education: CA.

- Age: Between 30 to 35 years of age.

- Experience: 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in banking operations within the manufacturing industry is essential. Candidates with experience solely in the banking sector or other industries will not be considered.

- Joining: Immediate joiners will be given preference.
