Salesforce Developer - Apex/Visual Force (3-5 yrs)

Job Title : Salesforce Developer

Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce professional to manage, customize, and optimize our Salesforce CRM platform. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in improving business processes, ensuring data integrity, and supporting end-users with solutions that enhance customer engagement and productivity.

Key Responsibilities :

- Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform including user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, and data management.

- Customize Salesforce objects, page layouts, workflows, validation rules, and process builder flows to meet business requirements.

- Develop and deploy custom applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce development tools (for developers).

- Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.

- Integrate Salesforce with other platforms and third-party applications.

- Provide technical support and training to users to enhance adoption and maximize CRM effectiveness.

- Create and maintain reports and dashboards for various teams.

- Ensure data integrity through data imports, de-duplication, and regular audits.

- Stay up to date with Salesforce updates and new features and recommend improvements.

Qualifications :

- B.Tech or MCA

- 3+ years of experience in Salesforce administration or development.

- Proficiency with Salesforce tools like Flow, Process Builder, Data Loader, and Lightning App Builder.

- Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).

- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or Einstein Analytics is a plus.
