Job Description
We are seeking a highly responsible and detail-oriented Sr. Officer - IPQA to ensure in-process quality control at every stage of manufacturing. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in monitoring, auditing, and maintaining compliance with GMP, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines during the production of cosmetic and oral care products.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct line clearance and in-process checks in manufacturing, filling, and packing areas.
Ensure compliance with BMR, BPR, SOPs, GMP, and regulatory requirements.
Perform routine sampling and verification of raw materials, semi-finished and finished goods.
Monitor critical process parameters and maintain real-time documentation.
Report non-conformities and deviations to the QA Manager and ensure timely CAPA implementation.
Coordinate with production, QC, and warehouse teams for quality-related issues.
Participate in internal audits and support external audits (FDA, ISO, etc.).
Review batch manufacturing and packing records for final release.

Education:
B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry, Biotechnology, or relevant science stream

Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant IPQA experience in cosmetic, personal care, or pharmaceutical manufacturing

Hard Skills:
Strong knowledge of GMP, GDP, and quality control systems

Proficiency in MS Office and quality management software/tools
