Agile Coach (15-20 yrs)

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities of an Agile Coach :

Facilitating Agile Adoption :

- Helping teams and organizations create and implement plans for adopting Agile methodologies.

Providing Training and Coaching :

- Delivering training on Agile frameworks (like Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe) and offering coaching to individuals, teams, and leaders.

Fostering a Culture of Collaboration and Continuous Improvement :

- Guiding teams to work together effectively, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to enhance performance.

Mentoring and Guidance :

- Providing mentorship to individuals and teams, helping them develop their Agile skills and overcome challenges.

Removing Impediments :

- Identifying and addressing roadblocks that hinder team progress and collaboration.

Promoting Agile Values and Principles :

- Ensuring that Agile values and principles are understood and embraced throughout the organization.

Supporting Organizational Change :

- Working with leadership to develop a roadmap for Agile transformation and ensuring that the organization is adaptive and responsive to change.

Measuring and Analyzing Progress :

- Helping teams use metrics and other objective measures to track their progress and identify areas for further improvement.

Adapting to Different Contexts :

- Applying Agile principles and practices in diverse situations, tailoring their approach to suit the specific needs of each team or organization.

Qualifications :

- Proven experience as an Agile Coach or similar role in Agile transformation.

- Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, etc.)

- Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and leadership skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Relevant certifications (e.g., ICP-ACC, SAFe Program Consultant, Certified Scrum Professional) preferred
