Job Description
- Assist in maintaining accurate records of stock levels, receipts, and dispatches.
- Conduct routine stock checks and update records accordingly.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and organization of APIs as per GMP and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the warehouse.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining required documents, such as Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs), Material Issue Notes (MINs), and stock reports.
- Support adherence to regulatory requirements like FDA and GMP standards.
- Collaborate with procurement, quality assurance, and production teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate with transporters and suppliers for timely delivery and dispatch of materials.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols while handling pharmaceutical ingredients.
- Educational Qualification : B.Com graduate.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Basic understanding of inventory and accounting concepts.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
