Job Description
- Establish and maintain productive, professional relationships with key stakeholders in assigned government accounts across Eastern Northern India.
- Identify and qualify opportunities during the pre-tender stage, and collaborate with the presales team to drive those opportunities forward.
- Acquire new business and consistently meet quarterly, half-yearly, and annual sales and revenue targets as per AOP (Annual Operating Plan).
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Channel, Pre-Sales, and Operations, to ensure timely and effective responses to government tenders through System Integrator (SI) partners.
- Proactively engage SI partners to build a healthy opportunity funnel and close deals.
- Provide accurate and timely manufacturing forecasts based on the active sales funnel to support supply chain planning.
- Manage key accounts strategically to drive repeat and long-term business.
- Support Enterprise sales business in Eastern Northern region.
- Take ownership of business development in the assigned geography, uncovering new opportunities and building a robust pipeline.
- Ensure smooth inter/intra-department coordination to align resources and priorities.
