Job Description
Himachal Futuristic Communication Limited is looking for Executive - Dispatch to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
- Plan and coordinate the delivery of goods to customers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
- Monitor the progress of deliveries and resolve any issues that may arise, such as unexpected delays or route changes
- Communicate with drivers, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of the delivery process
- Manage a team of dispatchers and ensure that they are properly trained and equipped to handle the demands of the job
- Monitor the performance of drivers and vehicles, and implement measures to improve efficiency and safety
- Analyze delivery data and make recommendations for improvements to processes and routes
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and laws, such as those related to health and safety, transportation, and environmental protection
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and vehicles, and prepare reports for management and stakeholders
- Good understanding of transportation logistics and delivery processes
- Should have good knowledge in dispatch
